Online Refund Policy
Our goal at I.N.C. Score, LLC is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make the return process as easy as possible.
Refund Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a refund, the account must be inactive. This means you have not logged into the system or used any of the provided tools.
- Refunds are only available within 3 days of the original purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
- Accounts that have been used and active for more than 3 days will NOT be eligible for refund. This is to discourage people from accessing the platform and stealing content.
Refund Process:
- Contact our refund team: refunds@incscore.com to initiate the refund process.
- Please include your account number, name and email address listed on the account.
- Our team will contact you after an account investigation. Please allow 10 business days.
- Once we verify your account is eligile for refund, it will be processed the same day. Please note that refunds to the original payment method is the only option and the amount of time for your refund to reflect on your account varies by your bank.
